US30 COPILOT
Subscription & Cancellation Terms
1. Beta subscription
The initial US30 Copilot BETA is intended to be offered on a monthly subscription basis at £29.99 per month unless a different price is clearly shown before purchase.
2. What the subscription covers
The ForgeLogic subscription covers access to the US30 Copilot software only. Third-party market-data, charting, broker, exchange or external-service charges are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Recurring billing
Where recurring billing is enabled, the subscription renews at the applicable billing interval until cancelled. The amount and billing frequency will be shown before purchase.
4. Cancellation
Customers may cancel future renewal using the account or billing controls provided, or by contacting ForgeLogic where self-service cancellation is unavailable. Cancellation stops future renewal; access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory UK consumer rights that apply to you.
6. Beta changes
Because US30 Copilot is in BETA, functionality may change as testing and development continue.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance or serious breach of applicable product terms.
