Third-Party Data Disclosure
1. Separate third-party services
US30 Copilot may use or allow customers to connect compatible third-party services for charting, technical data, macroeconomic data, futures-market data or related analytical inputs.
2. Customer responsibility
Unless ForgeLogic expressly states otherwise, customers are responsible for obtaining, maintaining and paying for any third-party account, licence, API key, market-data entitlement or subscription required for their chosen configuration.
3. Beta examples
The BETA model may use customer-controlled access to services such as TradingView, FRED macroeconomic data and, where used, Databento market data. Availability, eligibility, pricing and licensing are determined by those providers.
4. Not included
Third-party service fees are not included in the £29.99 US30 Copilot BETA subscription unless explicitly stated at checkout or in a written offer.
5. Availability and accuracy
ForgeLogic does not control third-party networks, feeds, APIs, exchanges or vendors. Data may be delayed, interrupted, revised or incorrect.
6. Third-party terms
Customers must comply with each third-party provider's own terms, licensing rules and market-data conditions.
7. Changes
Compatible providers and data sources may change as the product develops.
